Become a Customer

For Retailers:

In order to become a customer, you must have an Active Resale Permit. 

To purchase tobacco products, you must have a separate Tobacco Permit. 

Resale Permits, Tobacco Permits and Electronic Cigarette permits can be obtained from the Comptroller of Public Accounts. Click here to read more.

Applications for Tobacco and E-cigarette permits can be found online. Click here 

  1. The person completing the application must be the owner or someone acting on behalf of the owner of the business. 
  2. We require a Valid Government Issued ID of the owner for all our retail customers. 
  3. Once you have the required documents, you may complete the application below. 
  4. Please note, that the application is not a guarantee of acceptance and is subject to further verification.
For non-direct retailers:

Wholesalers or online resellers must contact us directly and discuss your needs with one of our representatives.
