Please note that the owner of the store should be the one completing the application.  We might call the store for verification of the information provided on the application.

Request  EDI Files

EDI is an electronic format for invoices.  If you use computerized inventory and your system accepts the "abc" format for EDI files, you might be able to download your invoices electronically ensuring accuracy and saving time over manual entry of you inventory.  If you interested in receiving EDI invoices, please contact us and we will set up your account for you.

Apply for a re-seller tax permit

You must have a resale tax permit issued by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts

For tobacco re-sellers

If you intend to sell tobacco products in your business then you are required to obtain a tobacco reseller permit through the Comptroller of Public Accounts website.  B & G Does not sell tobacco product to customers who do not provide a valid copy of their tobacco permit.  Access to our tobacco area is restricted and minors below the legal age to purchase tobacco are not permitted to enter.
